Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit, meaning we do not issue out refunds or exchanges for a product that isn’t satisfactory to one’s personal liking. We would require photo evidence of the defective item for proof that the item is damaged. Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are further reviewing your claim. Then, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If you would like an replacement for a defective item, you have 7 days from your delivery date to email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you additional information on our replacement process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends, to receive your full refund. We encourage you to get in contact with your financial institution for further information. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
